listening	same locked tomb podcasts as last week, plus some TDH. (i am once again projecting blorbo of the week onto TDH albums - last time it was the untamed onto act v, now we're doing the locked tomb on act iv, my brain is a circle) TDH wait; like im SORRY but that song is just john god gaius! "So, will I never know heaven or hell?/Or is eternity something worse?" is my body really part of the earth? and is there blood running through my veins? idk john you tell me!
reading	i lied and did finish rereading gideon the ninth in basically one sitting tuesday night last week, oopsie! however i did also read this songxuexiao fanfic, obsessed with the setting and the vibes of that one.

making	continuing to crochet my shawl! i was almost halfway done but then i frogged a bunch of rows because i noticed i skipped a stitch about six rows back. so. gotta re-make up that progress unforutnately
delights	BONUS: what delights have i experienced this week? walking around - did a LOT of walking this weekend - me + roommate + her boyfriend all went to her family's place outside of chicago for the weekend to belatedly celebrate all our birthdays! walked around geneva and batavia on saturday, i originally planned on using some birthday money on wardrobe additions but unfortunately nothing caught my eye, but i did get this very cute lamp pull from some woodworking grandpas then we did chicago on sunday, mainly linkin park zoo, which was so good... got to see some great creatures. fellowship - pain. too much fellowship. an abundance of fellowship. spent the whole weekend with people which was fun but boy howdy do i need some alone time deliciousness - paneer my beloved. roommate got indian food last night and bequeathed the leftovers upon me so that was lunch today. we hit the chicago oven pizza grinder on sunday and that was pretty good, roommate really hyped it up but it was ... fine ... i think i just can't get over how weird the concept of "pizza pot pie" is. the dough was really good tho. best meal of the weekend was probably sushi on friday night, the restaurant also had one of those robots and it was very cute goofing - zoo is probably included in the goofing. certainly saw some very good goofy lil guys. meerkats are for sure goofy little guys. hearing their little toes going tippy tap on the stone was priceless. transcendence - n/a amelioration - n/a coitus - im choosing to treat this one as an experience that made me go "wow this fucks" instead of literally fucking because otherwise it will be Blank Every Week. enthrallment - still majorly hyperfocusing on the locked tomb ... brain empty no thoughts only lyctors wildcard - n/a

11 - 8: tuesday again no porblme
listening	catching up on the locked tomb pod and extremely aggro about how one of the hosts Insists that there is Zero proof of harrow being romantically in love with gideon through any of the books. shakes them by the lapel. 'i am undone without you' also TDH act iv on repeat all week. my spotify wrapped is gonna look soooo predictable
reading	i started flipping thru some of the quilting books i got from the library! mainly for inspiration and vibes, i should start looking at some of the techniques tho and planning out my little wall hanging for my mom :)
watching	many things...on saturday my roommate and i did a horror movie swap so we watched the descent (my rec) and insidious (her rec), insidious was fun but not very scary imo...darth maul lookin ass. we also started interview with the vampire which i am deeply invested in now but not invested enough to Purchase AMC Streaming so im pirating that this week to continue this weekend...started severance today because we realized that her boyfriend has apple tv for us to steal...excited to get into that one months after its been relevant

making	shawl progress continuing, almost at the point where i was before i had to frog a bunch of it! i also did a lot of embroidery this week on the sweater design that i offered to do for a friend literally a year ago because i want to try to finish it for the holiday season this year!
delights	BONUS: what delights have i experienced this week? walking around - minor walks! mainly a little stroll around downtown after picking up our vegetables (see deliciousness). there is a little catholic bookstore on main street that is never open and has weird hours but IT WAS OPEN so my roommate wanted to go in and this fucking book was in there and i lost my mind a little bit fellowship - movie day with roommate on saturday ... not too much otherwise deliciousness - ooooo okay so my roommate (and i think her bf is also gonna chip in some $ for it) signed up for a $40/week veggie basket from a local farm and it is soooo worth it. abundance. so much produce. carrots, radishes, dill, INSANE HUGE green onions (like two feet long at least), miscellaneous lettuce and kale and other greens...we made a big italian wedding-style soup on sunday with some of the veg. yumb goofing - i was gonna put n/a here but i was showing my roommate that atrocious clip of gigi hadid saying 'big slay' but i forgot how to pronounce her name so i said gigi with a hard g sound and that was a good goof transcendence - went into a fugue state yesterday on my math homework. blacked out for two and a half hours and it was done. amelioration - n/a coitus - i got a coffee on our silly little downtown stroll and it fucked so hard enthrallment - n/a wildcard - there is glass in our garbage disposal because i broke one of my nice blue tumblers in the sink and a piece got stuck in the thing >:(

delights	BONUS: what delights have i experienced this week? walking around - i swam laps on thursday and it was sooo good. im gonna start doing that once a week it sparked so much joy (i'm doing it again today lol) fellowship - n/a deliciousness - the ABUNDANCE of our farmers market veggie basket…roommate made tangy coconut-milk based soup this sunday with corn, tomatoes, some chicken stock, green onions, and shrimp dumplings and god damn it's so fucking good. goofing - none :( no goofing allowed :( transcendence - i got to see an exclusive press conference on saturday of new webb images of the supernova remnant my roommate studies and OOO BABY. they're sooo sexy. they'll be released to the public some time in january so im hype to share those when i am allowed to amelioration - i might just get rid of this one in future weeks, it means 'progress/improvement' type stuff but idk that's literally all i do....like any marked improvement or progress in something will go either in transcendence or into making, i'd think? coitus - n/a enthrallment - n/a ... i keep getting hyperfixated on weird shit (wikipedia page for bathory line, essays on gothic genre, etc) but that's mainly procrastination brain rather than genuine hyperfocus wildcard - n/a
misc	also, 11/15 tuesdayposting one day late, extra boring this time because i once again have an exam this week: this one is particularly rough bc last weekend was a Nonentity. the prof for my machine learning class decided she wanted a final project update submitted this weekend. she decided this on thursday. I Had Not Started the Project Yet. so weekend was crunching that so bad. it sucked.

making	shawl is officially almost 50% complete! i do need to finish a scarf for my partner, ideally by the holidays, so i should pivot to that...however it is intarsia with six different balls of yarn and it's a pain in the ass so ive been avoiding it :(
delights	BONUS: what delights have i experienced this week? fellowship & walking around & deliciousness & goofing: this past saturday was one of my friend's birthday so a group of us went out! night started at the local ramen place, we waited for like an hour because we were a group of 8 and the big table there had a group that just wouldn't fucking leave lmao. i had ramen which was tasty like always but also they finally had grilled needle mushrooms on the menu again, one of my friends has been swearing by them for over a year but they just didn't have them for ages so i finally got to try it and MMMM so good. apparently they don't even have a grill there they just torch it with a blowtorch. then we went to the local closest-thing-this-town-has-to-a-gay-bar bar, i got a little too tipsy because i had an entire order of sake by myself with dinner earlier in the night and then i got one drink at the bar (dark n stormy)...i was like damn i've only had one drink why am i so drunk before remembering The Sake. oops. anyways the 10 minute walk home at 1am sobered my ass right the fuck up because it was 18 degrees F. invigorating. when the clock hit midnight we did peer pressure him into taking the worst shot i have ever laid nose on. it was awful. took it like a champ tho. bar atmosphere was very goofy and very chill and fun. transcendence: took a math exam thursday night and it actually mostly went really well! unfortunately the best grade i can get on it is an 88 because i fucking just didn't do a problem!! i looked at it, went 'i'll do this one at the end and finish everything else first', AND THEN FORGOT ABOUT IT. so that sucks. but i do think i did well enough on the rest of it to be fine. the transcendence part is fuckin FLYING through those laplace transforms. wildcard: partner is petsitting this week because my mom is visiting my grandma in florida with me for thanksgiving and :( babies :(

listening	so okay i did life drawing last night with my roommate on our TV using lineofaction and she put on a random drawing playlist on for music and there were some songs on there that made me go wait. wait is that evanescence?? wait i don't know that one??? and it turns out they fucking released new music in 2021?????? anyways it's full of bangers naturally, i went and listened to some of their older stuff too for a nostalgia kick. yeah right, the game is over, blind belief
reading	i reread some of the beginning of the merlin cycle because apparently in some editions there is a description of the logrus in the prologue which i've never seen?? so i read that and started trumps of doom before reluctantly putting it aside for work. i'll probably reread the series over break this year it feels like it's been enough time
watching	i could have put this in listening but they have VISUAL SLIDES on YOUTUBE so i can put it in watching >:b WTYP ep 54, feat. the line "so I thought we'd look at a few recent [shitty vanity projects] that are close to home by america's closest analog to an absolute monarch, that's andrew cuomo" which made me lose it (at around 11:30 in the video recording if you want, the delivery is sooo good) there's also a really funny bit in their news segment because this was right around the time that greene of shitty politician fame was talking about the jewish space lasers and one of the hosts is jewish and was riffing off of it

delights	BONUS: what delights have i experienced this week? walking around: ive done a lot of silly little walks because i've gotten re-invested in pokemon go, mainly because it's an excellent way to kill time in airports and also my office at school is situated between three pokestops and my apartment is in the range of one so it's very convenient here in a way that it isn't back in NY for me...walked around the morikami last week which was sooooo pretty and nice fellowship: i did spend time with family, mostly oh god at what cost etc. but i did get to see my favorite cousin who i havent seen in ages because covid + he lives in oregon so that was great deliciousness: my aunt and uncle's politics suck big fucking ass but goddamn can they cook a meal. thanksgiving food was a++ no complaints except that i was a fool and only took like three spears of asparagus before it was all gone goofing: literally just hanging out with my mom...she thinks my sound effects are very funny so we've just been going a! i! o! oei! at each other no transcendence, amelioration, coitus, or enthrallment this week
